摘要 为适应加工高硫高氮催化重整原料和加大装置处理量的需要,石油化工科学研究院开发成功了高空速石脑油加氢精制催化剂RS-1。经长岭炼油化工总厂等催化重整预加氢装置的长期工业应用表明,在压力1.6~2.0MPa、温度260~280℃、氢油体积比60~90、体积空速8~10h-1的条件下,可用硫、氮含量分别为≤800μg/g、≤3.0μg/g的直馏汽油生产出硫、氮含量都<0.5μg/g、其它杂质含量合格的重整进料;当用硫、氮含量分别≤350μg/g、≤10μg/g的掺焦化汽油的混合汽油为原料时,在压力2.0~3.0MPa、温度280~300℃、氢油体积比100~200、体积空速6.0~8.0h-1的条件下精制,产物符合重整进料要求。因此,RS-1催化剂具有加氢脱硫脱氮活性高、烯烃饱和能力强、机械强度好、稳定性好的优点,可广泛用于上述原料的加氢精制。 A naphtha hydrotreating catalyst RS 1 was developed for processing high sulfur and nitrogen content reforming feedstock at high space velocity. The commercial applications in the Refinery of Baling Petrochemical Company, etc. indicated that a reforming feedstock with less than 0.5 μg/g sulfur and nitrogen and minor impurities could be produced from a straight run gasoline with a sulfur and nitrogen content of less than 800 μg/g and 3.0 μg/g respectively at the operating conditions of a pressure of 1.6~2.0 MPa, a temperature of 260~280 ℃, a H 2/oil volume ratio of 60~90 and a LHSV of 8~10; a qualified reforming feedstock could also be obtained from a straight run gasoline blended with coker gasoline having a sulfur and nitrogen content less than 350 μg/g and 10 μg/g respectively at the operating conditions of a pressure of 2.0~3.0 MPa, a temperature of 280~300 ℃, a H 2/oil volume ratio of 100~200 and a LHSV of 6~8. RS 1 catalyst has the advantages of high activity for sulfur and nitrogen removal, good mechnical strength and stability, which can be widely used in hydrotreating.
