摘要
从分析勘察设计单位劳动生产率不高的历史原因、直接原因和社会原因入手,探讨了勘察设计单位“减人增效”的方法与途径,阐明了“减人增效”的重点应放在优化劳动力资源配置、提高劳动者素质和拓宽就业渠道三个方面。
Beginning with analyzing the historical, direct and social causes of low labor productivity in survey and design units, this paper discusses methods to increase benifit through reducing redundant personne1s in survey and design units, and points out that' increasing benifit through reducing redundant personnels' should focuses on optimizing allocation of labor force, raising workers' level of competence and .creating more job opportunities.
