摘要
目前我国的大学英语教学正在进行一场自上而下的改革与创新,教师教学信念与教学改革所倡导的信念吻合,是改革成功的保障。本文以《大学英语课程教学要求》所倡导的信念及课堂教学要素为基本考量,提出了大学英语教师核心信念体系的设计构想,该体系由8个子信念构成,以期为大学英语教师教学信念的系统研究提供测量工具。
College English teaching in China is presently undergoing a top-down reform and innovation. Teacher's belief happens to be in accordance with the belief that the Teaching Reform advocates, and serves as a guarantee for the success of the latter. The present article,based on the beliefs advocated by "College English Curriculum Requirements" and on consideration of the classroom-teaching elements, aims to propose the design and conceive of "the College English Teacher's Core Belief System" which consists of 8 sub-beliefs, and to provide measurement instrument for the systematic study on College English teacher's belief.
