摘要
应用已经建立的催化裂化提升管反应器流动反应模型和对工业提升管反应器流动反应数值模拟的结果,对采用反应终止剂技术的提升管反应器进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明,催化裂化提升管反应器数值模拟可为反应终止剂技术的实施解决确定注入位置和选择终止剂两个问题;另外还能优化方案,提供指导性的先期理论分析数据。结果还表明,以水为终止剂优于汽油;设计的方案Ⅰ是最好的,即对馏分油催化裂化过程只是较大程度地降低提升管反应器上部的温度就会达到更理想的产品分布。
Using the established flow reaction model in the paper Ⅰ and the results of turbulent flow and cracking reaction obtained in the paper Ⅱ,a numerical simulation on the reaction terminating technique in commercial riser was carried out.It has been manifested that two crucial problems for the implementation of reaction terminating technique could be solved by the numerical modeling on the FCC riser reactor.The two crucial problems are the determination of the injecting positions and the kinds of reaction terminating media.Meanwhile,it could give optimized operation scheme and supply the theoretic analyzing data with instructiveness in advance.It has been shown that water as a reaction terminating medium is much better than gasoline.Among the schemes devised in the present study,scheme I is the best.It has illustrated that a good product distribution could be reached up only by reducing the reaction temperature in the upper part of the riser reactor to a large extent for the vacuum gas oil FCC.
