摘要 在油田集输和原油处理过程中,联合使用破乳剂和缓蚀剂既可对原油进行化学处理,又可实现管道系统的防腐。介绍了濮城油田为了降低集输管道内腐蚀速度及原油处理成本,将大罐加药改为端点计量站加药的集输工艺。该工艺的实施使油井产出的液体来不及乳化就与药液相互作用,大大提高了破乳效果,同时管道的缓蚀率提高了60%以上。端点加药工艺简化了联合站流程,节约了处理设备及大量的能源,既实现了节能降耗又利于系统防腐,使整个集输系统的运行收到了明显的经济效益。 During crude oil gathering and treatment processes at oil field, using demulsifier combined with corrosion inhibitor can not only treat crude oil chemically but also realize pipeline system's corrosion protection. Introduces a gathering process that changes tank additive injection into end-point additive injection to reduce corrosion velocity inside gathering pipeline. By using the process, the liquid produced from oil well will act on each other with liquid additive before emulsification, which greatly raises demulsification effect and raises over 60 % of pipeline corrosion control rate at the same time. The process of end-point additive injection simplifies the flow process at combined station, saves treatment equipment and large volume of energy, realizes energy saving and consumption reducing, and is favorable to system corrosion protection, thus gets an evident economic benefit in the operation of the entire gathering system.
