玻璃钢油管在高温高压环境下的耐腐蚀性研究 被引量:2

摘要 玻璃钢管使用的可靠与否关键在于所选管材的化学稳定性,它在实际应用中最常遇到的环境是高温高压状态。利用100 MPa的高温高压釜对两种固化剂类型的玻璃钢油管在不同介质环境中进行了浸泡试验,分析研究了高温高压介质环境对材料的吸湿性、硬度、湿态弯曲强度的影响。比较了不同材料在不同试验条件下浸泡前后的综合性能变化,据此可较为准确地选择出适合于不同环境的玻璃钢管材。 Key reliability for usage of fibre glass reinforced plastics pipe lies in its chemical stability of a pipe product selected. Most encountered environments in actual application are in high temperature and pressure status. Soak test to fibre glass reinforced plastics pipes with two types of curing agents under different media environment is taken using high temperature and pressure kettle of 100 Mpa, analyzes and studies influences of media environment under high temperature and pressure on material' s moisture absorption , hardness and wet bending strength. Compares general property changes of different material before and after soaking under different testing condition and selects suitable fibre glass reinforced plastics pipes properly under different environment.
