摘要
元代致仕制度在中国政治制度史上占有比较重要的地位,它经历了创建、发展到完善、定型的过程。这一过程从世祖朝开始,一直到文宗时期才结束。元代官员致仕有其自身的原因,官员致仕后享有不同的政治、经济等待遇。总体上,元代官员致仕执行得较为顺利。
Yuanls official retirement system plays a very important role in the history of Chinese politics. Its establishment, development as well as accomplishment reflect its own history, this process has been from Qubilai Klan period to Wenzong period. The retirement of aged officials has their own reasons. In their tenure, the officials were given different political and economic treatment. The official retirement system of Yuan Dynasty runs well as a whole.
