摘要 通过反应精馏工艺技术,使废乙酸溶液中的乙酸生成乙酸乙酯,达到回收乙酸目的。探讨了全回流时间,乙醇、乙酸摩尔比值,塔板数和催化剂H2SO4含量4种因素对乙酸回收率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件,可使乙酸的回收率大于95% With reaction distillation process to make acetic acid in used acetic acid solution form acetic ether, achieving the purpose of recovery acetic acid. Four factors that affects the recovery rate of acetic acid such as full reflux time, mol ratio of ethanol and acetic acid, number of column trays and content of H2SO4 in catalyst are investigated. The premium process conditions are determined, which makes the recovery rate of acetic acid greater than 95%.
