炼油装置机泵的节能改造

摘要 通过对大庆石油化工总厂炼油厂在用机泵运行状况分析,找出了泵出口阀节流、电机功率过大等制约机泵综合效率的因素,提出了堵塞叶轮流道、车削叶轮外径、更换节能电机等节能改造方法,年节电41. Through analyzing the operation conditions of compressors and pumps in service in the refinery plant of Daqing Petrochemical Complex, factors that restrict the total efficiency of compressors and pumps such as pump outlet valve throttling and motor power too big, etc. are found out, and energy-saving improvement measures of blocking impeller channel, turning the outside diameter of impeller and replacing energy-saving motors are recommended, thus saving electricity 412 500 kWh/a.
