摘要
锅炉及压力容器除了焊接引起的裂纹外,还存在着由腐蚀性环境而引起的腐蚀开裂。在拉应力和腐蚀介质的共同作用下引起设备开裂的现象时有发生。结合在用设备的定期检验工作,总结出不同腐蚀环境下钢材的开裂行为、影响因素、防治措施及检验要点。
In addition to cracks resulting from welding in boiler and pressure vessels, there are also corrosion cracks due to corrosive environment. Affected by tensile stress together with corrosion medium, cracking phenomenon in equipment occasionally happens. In the light of periodic inspection to the in service equipment, the cracking behavior of steel material under various corrosive environment, affecting factors, preventing measures and inspection points are summarized, suggestions and recommendations are raised.
