摘要
在玉米粗缩病重发区,对842份玉米自交系进行田间自然环境下的抗病性鉴定。在40份常用自交系中筛选出高抗自交系14份、抗一中抗系4份、感病系3份和高感系19份;根据种质内自交系对粗缩病的抗性反应,确定PB、四平头亚群和先锋种质为抗玉米粗缩病育种的重要种质类群,在育种中应加强利用。尤其应重视78599中的选系特别是齐319的利用。
842 inbred lines of maize were identifided about disease resistance of MRDV under the natural environment .there were 14 inbred lines of high resistance, 4 inbred lines of mid-resietance, 3 inbred lines of susceptible and 19 inbred lines of high Susceptible in 40 inbred lines. Based on the action of the disease esistance,PB, Tangsipingtou and xianfeng germplasms are importance of disease resistance of MRDV ,They can be used in breeding, especially the Qi319 and lines of 78599.
