基于就业导向的我国职业教育办学体制改革路径研究

职业教育是以就业为导向的教育,坚持以就业为导向,是职业教育办学体制改革的取向和关键所在。职业教育办学体制的改革路径在于"就业导向下的一主多元"。职业教育办学体制改革要充分发挥政府的主导职能和宏观调控职能,行业要进行协调和业务指导,要充分依靠企业举办职业教育,树立正确的职业教育观,深化教学改革,提高教育质量。

Vocational education is employment-oriented education, and persisting employment-oriented is the tendency and key to reform of school-running system of vocational education. The reform pathway of school-running system of vocational education is ＂one subject and various factors under employment orientation＂. The reform of school-running system of vocational education should fully take advantage of guidance function and macro adjustment function of government, harmonize and give operation guidance to industry, depend on enterprise, establish right vocational education view, deepen teaching reform and enhance educational quality.
