Study on Policy of Non-governmental Higher Vocational Education in China

经过10多年的发展,我国已经形成了系统的支持民办高职教育发展的政策。但是,我国民办高职教育发展在政策环境、产权、经费、管理体制等方面还存在一定问题,需要在未来的政策发展中进一步明确。

Experiencing the development of more than ten years, China has formed systematic policy support the development of non-governmental higher vocational education. Nevertheless, there exist many problems in the aspects of policy environment, property right, finance and management system in the development of non-governmental higher vocational education, which should be further clarified in future development.
