动物乳腺生物反应器

摘要 应用转基因动物乳腺生物反应器能够获得多种药用蛋白质,具有高效、经济、安全等特点。本文就转基因动物乳腺生物反应器的定义、研究发展简史、药用蛋白生产的特点及存在的主要问题作了简要综述,并对其开发应用前景作了展望。
