针对我国国有资产经营效益缺乏有效的综合评价方法的现实，从国有资产经营的特点出发，建立了国有资产经营效益综合评价的指标体系，深入研究了国有资产经营效益综合评价的定量方法，并根据我国国有资产经营的实际情况，提出了进一步完善国有资产经营效益综合评价的几点建议．

In view of the poor integrated appraisal method of state owned assets operation efficiency in China and based on the characteristics of state owned assets operation, we established the appraisal indicators of state owned assets operation efficiency, investigated the quantitative methods of integrated appraisal of state owned assets operation efficiency and presented some suggestions in order to perfect integrated appraisal of state owned operation efficiency according to the actual situation of state owned assets of China.
