摘要
提出了一种智能小型绕线机的实现方法,具有转矩稳定、达到设定匝数自动刹车、绕线速度可控的特点。利用直流电机转矩大的特点直接带动卡头工作,无复杂的齿轮变速装置,采用电子刹车模式实现了绕线匝数和速度的精确控制。实验结果表明,实际工作速度与设定速度曲线一致,绕线匝数控制精确,负载大小对转矩无影响。大大提高了工作效率,具有较强的实用性。
The implementation of a small intelligent winder is presented, which has the advantages of stable torque, automatic break upon setting number and controllable threading speed. The large torque of the DC motor is used to lead the clamp working directly, saving the need of complex gear transmission. The electronic breaking mode is used to achieve the precise control of the threading number and speed. The experimental results show that the practical working speed is consistent with the theoretical velocity curve, the threading number is precisely controlled, and the lode size does not influence the torque. The winder can greatly increases the working efficiency and are practical in use.
