重组人骨形态发生蛋白-7对大鼠局灶性脑缺血/再灌注损伤的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨骨形态发生蛋白-7(BMP-7)对大鼠局灶脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响,采用线栓法建立局灶脑缺血再灌注模型,观察BMP-7对局灶脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果表明,BMP-7预处理组神经功能缺陷评分(3.12±0.73)明显低于单纯缺血再灌注组((5.22±0.81),P<0.01;梗死体积减少(90.53±11.67 mm3比121.24±14.36 mm3),P<0.01;BMP-7预处理降低脑含水量(76.65±3.04%比80.59±3.31%,P<0.01),并改善了脑超微结构。结论:BMP-7对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
