摘要
本文介绍了老井开窗侧钻水平井的国外发展简况和国内的实施情况；根据大港油田集团公司１９９７年“九五”科研攻关项目所实施的第一口在１３９７油层套管内开窗侧钻的小眼井、中曲率半径水平井官５０—９ＫＨ的实际施工情况，介绍了定向井技术在侧钻水平井中的应用，总结了侧钻水平井施工中注意的问题和对复杂情况的处理办法，对现场施工具有一定的指导意义。
This paper describes the development of re-cntry sidetracking horizontal well abroad and that in china.In 1997,according to one of the scientific research program of “the 9th Five-Year Plan”,Guan 50- 9KH well,the first medium-radius slim horizontal well through casing sidetracking,was drilled through 139.7 mm production casing in Dagang Oilfield. Application of directional drilling technology in re-entry sidetracking horizontal well is introduced.Points that should be paid attention to during exact drilling process and disposal methods of downhole complicated cases are also summarized,and they will by instructive to field operations.
