摘要
针对超稠油热采过程中注汽成本高、烟温高、注汽锅炉热效率低等问题,采用转杯雾化代替压力式雾化的方法,使锅炉热效率由原来的80%左右提高到85%以上,锅炉燃油单耗由67.0 kg/m^3下降到63.5 kg/m^3,降低了注汽成本,改善了注汽锅炉的燃烧状况,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
To solve the problems existing super thick-oil thermal recovery such as high cost of steam injection, high gas temperature, low thermal efficiency of steam injection boiler, the pressure atomization method is replaced by rotary-cup atomization, which increases the thermal efficiency of the boiler from about 80% to more than 85% , and decreases the fuel oil consumption in the boiler from 67.0 kg/m3 to 63.5 kg/m3. The cost of steam injection is reduced, the burning condition of steam injection boiler is improved, and good economic and social benefits are gained.
