从生物力学的角度,运用肌肉工作的基本理论和仪器的检测,研究竞技武术套路纵轴旋转类难度动作的动作结构、动作轨迹以及主要肌肉或肌群的收缩形式和发力顺序等内容;提出正确合理的动作技术概念。通过研究以期为教练员和运动员的竞技武术套路的旋转类难度训练提供一些可供参考的科学依据。

From the Angle of biomechanics, using the basic theory of muscle work and the detection instrument, this article studies movement structure, movement trajectory and muscle contraction of competitive Wushu Routine. It puts forward the concept of the correct action techniques. It provides some reference for difficult movement training.
