胶体金法与气相色谱法检测3,5,6-三氯-2-吡啶酚的比对实验

比较胶体金法与气相色谱法在检测3,5,6-三氯-2-吡啶酚(TCP)中的应用。结果显示TCP胶体金检测试纸的实地检测与气相色谱的检测结果相一致。胶体金法检测TCP具有操作简便和直观的特点,可作为蔬菜中TCP残留现场检测的手段应用。

To detect TCP by colloidal gold strip and gas chromatography, comparing two methods used in the TCP detection. Results showed that colloidal gold strip and gas chromatography got consistent results. Compared with gas chromatography, the colloidal gold method was Simpler and more direct. Therefore, it can be used on-the-spot to detect in TCP.
