摘要
本文研究了一种血流声谱彩色编码分析系统的设计方法,和该系统在胎儿监护中的临床意义。系统采用了由单片机控制的超声发射和接收电路方案,成功地解决了灵敏度、信噪比和稳定性等问题。对血流声谱进行彩色编码,将灰阶图像中不易观察的灰度差别变换为较易识别的色彩差别;并特别设计了可调的色阶域值,以适应检测强度不同的信号,提高了视觉灵敏度。系统自动计算S/D、PI、RI等动力学参数,并首次将快速血流量比FVR实用化。在大量临床试验的基础上,总结了本系统检测参数的正常人参考值。应用本系统作脐带血流检查,可监测甚至预测胎儿生长发育情况、及时发现胎儿宫内异常。
A new pattern of fetal monitoring system is developed,to detect colour compiling sound spectrum of bloodstream.An ultrasonic circuit controlled by a singlechip computer is designed,which has successfully solved problems of sensitivity,signaltonoise radio and stability.The invisible grayscale difference is changed into legible colour image by colour compilation processing.An adjustable tonality region is specially designed to adapt different signals to improve visual sensivity.A group of dynamic indexes,such as S/D,PI and RI can be caculated automatically by the system.And the fast bloodflow ratio(FVR) is put in use for the first time.Reference normal indexes and charts were obtained after thousands of clinic tests.The system can monitor,and even predict the growing condition of fetus and find out abnormal intrauterine.
