摘要
以木质素磺酸钙为原料,合成木质素——丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物(CAM),根据接枝共聚反应机理,通过正交试验确定形成木质素的最优合成条件为:丙烯酰胺单体浓度为0.88mol/L,引发剂浓度为6.3×10-3mol/L,反应温度50℃,反应时间2h。并对其合成产品进行了系列性能评价。试验证明,CAM具有较好的抗盐抗钙能力,抗温能力可达140℃。
According to the mechanism of graft copolymerization,the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:the dosage of acrylamide monomer was 0.88×10-3mol·L-1,the dosage of initiator was 4.2×10-3mol·L-1,reaction temperature was 50℃,and the reaction time was 2h,which were determined by orthogonal reaction with calcium lignosulfonate graft copolymerization of acrylamide.and evaluated a series of performance synthetic products.Experiments proved calcium lignosulphonate and acrylamide copolymers has good anti-calcium salt capacity,anti-temperature capacity of up to 140℃.
