摘要 对一种可以在寒冷地区进行固井作业的胶乳水泥浆体系进行了详细的性能研究。研究显示,该抗冻胶乳水泥浆具有较好的强度和滤失性能,较短的稠化转化时间,较好的壁面胶结性能,渗透率低,凝胶强度发展快,顶底温差强度高,其水泥浆外加剂具有较低的倾倒点,在温度达到零下15℃情况下,仍然具有较好的流动性,便于油田冬季固井作业。 The performance of a latex cement slurry which can be used in cementing operation in cold areas is researched in detail.The research shows that this antifreezing latex cement slurry has advantages as common latex cement slurry,such as good strength and filtration property,short thichkening transformation time,good wall's shear cementation property,low permeability,rapid development gel strength,though great temperature difference between top and bottom of well,little difference of the density;additives of the cement slurry has low pour point,even at-15℃,it's flowability is good and convenient for cementing operation in winter.
