心肌间质对急性心肌梗死后心室重构影响的实验研究

摘要 目的:了解心肌基质变化及其在心室重构中的作用。方法:以开胸冠脉结扎法制备兔急性心肌梗死模型,同时设假手术对照组各25只。6周后再次开胸取出心脏,测定左室壁不同部位心肌组织的羟脯氨酸含量。结果:急性心肌梗死组梗死区心肌羟脯氨酸含量明显高于非梗死区和假手术对照组(P<0.01)。结论:(1)胶原基质在急性心肌梗死后心室重构中起重要作用;(2)该模型心肌梗死确实,心肌羟脯氨酸含量测定可作为急性心肌梗死模型制作方法的评价指标之一。 Objective: To study the change of collagenous protein in ventricular remodeling after AMI. Methods:By ligation of coronary artery, acute myocardial infarction( AMI) model of rabbits was estabolished, and sham control group was set, each group included 25 rabbits. 6 weeks later, the rabbits were executed, hydroprolinc of left ventricular wall was measured, Results: Hydroprolinc level of infarctcd section was significantly higher than noninfarctcd position and sham control group( P < 0.01). Conclusions: (1)Collagenous protein plays an important role in left ventricular remodeling af-ter AMI; (2)The AMI model is certain and reliable, measuring of myocardial hydroprolinc can be used to evaluate whether AMI model is certain or not.
