摘要
身体锻炼不仅增强体质,而且促进心理健康。运动处方是根据人的不同特点,为了达到身心健康的目的制定的运动计划。本文着重介绍了身体锻炼对心理健康的作用、运动处方的特点,总结出了六种不同的心理状况需要的不同的运动处方,期望对于不同的心理状况的人群以科学的锻炼指导。
Physical exercise can not only enhance physical health, but also improve mental health. Exercise prescription is a exercise program, it achieve the goals of physical and mental health according to characteristics of peoples.The paper mainly discussed the mental health effect of physical exercise, the characteristical of exercise prescription, summarized six exercise prescription for psychological state, and hope give peoples who have different psychology state scientific guidance.
