摘要
针对热工生产的实际需求,分析了3种仿真技术的特点,开发了基于虚拟DPU的热工控制实验系统。介绍了本系统的系统组成、实现方法和实际应用。该系统实现了实现电厂DCS控制逻辑和控制策略的全仿真。该系统具有丰富的I/O接口、灵活的执行方式,为热工调试人员和电厂操作人员提供了研究手段。
Aiming at the actual needs, analysis ofthe three types ofsimulation technology, thermodynamic control system based on Virtual DPU was developed. The structure of the system and its implementation method were introduced. The simulator can implement the full scope simulation of the control logic and strategy in DCS. The system can not only use to training, its wealth of I / O interface, flexible single-master operations can also provide a stable, realistic experimental platform.
