摘要 肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)在糖尿病的发生、发展中有重要作用。今年的国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)第20次学术会议专题报道了糖尿病人群的RAS系统。简而言之,最有效的延缓糖尿病。肾病进展的途径是阻滞RAS。大量临床研究也已经证实了阻滞RAS治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。肾素抑制途径的研究,为防治肾损害提供了一个新的治疗方向。 Renin-angiotensin system (RAS) plays an important role in the occurrence and development of diabetes. In this year's International Diabetes Federation (IDF) 20th Conference (18-22 October 2009, Mnntreal, Canada) , a special symposium named renin angiotensin system in diabetes : From insulin to the kidney was presented. In brief, the most effective way to delay the progress of diabetic nephropathy is blocking RAS. Many clinical trials by blocking RAS had confirmed good clinical outcomes for the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Renin inhibition pathway provides a new therapeutic target for the prevention and treatment of renal damage in patients with diabetes.
