肿瘤溶解综合征是由抗癌治疗引起的一种严重甚或危及生命的并发症,是代谢异常所致的一组综合征。它的代谢异常包括高钾血症、高尿酸血症、高磷血症和继发性低钙血症等,并且这些代谢异常可引起急性肾衰竭。肿瘤溶解综合征的处理原则包括鉴定高危患者及尽早诊断并对其并发症进行处理等。

Tumor lysis syndrome is a very serious and life-threatening complication of cancer therapy. It can be defined as a constellation of metabolic abnormalities that results from treatment-related tumor necrosis. The metabolic abnormalities observed in patients with tumor lysis syndrome include hyperkalemia, hyperuricemia and hyperphosphatemia and secondary hypocalcema. These can lead to acute renal failure （ARF）. The treatment guidelines of tumor lysis syndrome are the identification of high-risk patients, early diagnosis and early intervention of its complications.
