The theory and the technique of minimally invasive therapy is one of the important development of surgery at the later period of twenty century. The view that mammary cancer is a kind of disease of all over the body is accepted by many of scholar. The breast cancer surgery begin to develop for human nature. The minimally invasive therapy of breast cancer achieved outstanding effects that conventional operations did not, in terms of minimal trauma, better results, and spiritual and psychological rehabilitaions of the post-operative mammary cancer patients. It is the goal of clinical practice and general tendency of development of breast surgery to obtain cosmetic and psychological effects while curing the disease.
