β-淀粉样蛋白在阿尔茨海默病中的研究进展

Research Progresses of β-amyloid Protein in Alzheimer′s Disease

随着人类寿命的普遍延长,阿尔茨海默病(AD)的发病率也逐渐增加。AD患者大脑中老年斑的主要成分β-淀粉样蛋白可能是该病发病机制中的起始因素和关键环节。因此,对于β-淀粉样蛋白的产生、代谢及其如何引起AD的机制和临床防治研究已经成为国内外关注的热点。本文就近年来β-淀粉样蛋白在AD中的研究进展予以综述。

With the general extension of human life, the incidence of Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） gradually increasing. Studies found that as the major components of senile plaques in the brains of patients with AD, β-amyloid protein （ Aβ） is considered to be the initial factors and key links of AD. Thus, researches on the formation and metabolism of Aβ, as well as its role in AD pathogenesis have become the focus in home and abroad. In this paper,the research progresses of β-amyloid protein in AD are reviewed.
