低分子肝素联合苦碟子注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Low Molecular Heparin Combining with Kudiezi Injection to Treat Unstable Angina

目的观察苦碟子注射液联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的临床疗效。方法将132例患者随机分成两组,治疗组66例,对照组66例。对照组给予阿司匹林口服;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用低分子肝素皮下注射及苦碟子注射液静脉滴注。结果总有效率治疗组为95%,对照组为59%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗程结束时,治疗组硝酸甘油用量、镇痛剂使用次数比对照组少,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素联合苦碟子注射液治疗UA疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Kudiezi injection with low molecular heparin to treat the unstable angina（UA）. Methods 132 patients were randomly divided into two groups as treatment group with 66 patients and control group with 66 patients. The control group was given aspirin oral administration ; the treatment group added with low molecular heparin subcutaneous injection and Kudiezi injection intervenous drop infusion based on the eontrul group. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 95% , the control group as 59%, two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.0 5 ）. At the end of treatment, the amount of nitroglycerin and frequency use of analgesics in the treatment group were less than the control group, two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion The curative effect of low molecular heparin combining with Kudiezi injection to treat UA was true.
