恶性淋巴瘤患者凝血四项指标变化及意义

The Alteration of Coagulation Function in Patients with Malignant Lymphoma

目的观察恶性淋巴瘤(ML)患者的凝血四项指标变化。方法应用磁珠法检测66例ML患者和20例健康体检者的凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)和纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平。结果ML患者APTT、FIB水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01);Ⅲ期ML患者FIB水平高于对照组和Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05);Ⅳ期患者APTT、FIB水平均明显高于对照组和Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论ML患者常伴凝血指标异常,表现为高凝状态。

Objective To observe the alteration of blood coagulation indicators in the patients with malignant lymphoma（ML）. Methods 66 patients with ML and 20 healthy subjects were recruited, and the levels of prothrombin time （ PT ）, activated partial thromboplastin time （ APTT ）, thrombin time （TT） and fibrinogen（FIB） in blood plasma were tested by magnetic bead method. Results The levels of APTT and FIB in ML patients were significant higher than those in controls（ P 〈0.05 and 〈0.01 respectively）. The FIB level in stage Ⅲ patients was higher than those in controls and stage Ⅱ patients（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the levels of APTT and FIB in stage Ⅳ patients were significant higher than those in controls and stage Ⅱ patients（ P 〈 0.05and 〈 0.01 respectively）. Conclusion The ML patients usually accompany with abnormal coagulation function and hypereoagnlabale state.
