城市化进程中土地集约利用研究——以绍兴市区为例

On Land Consolidation in the Process of Urbanization——A Case Study of Shaoxing City

此文从集约利用土地的角度出发,选取了绍兴市区城镇用地、工业用地、农居点用地三种用地类型作为集约用地的评价对象,得出目前绍兴市区土地集约利用现状。在此基础上,文章探究了市区土地集约利用水平不高的三大原因,并就城市化进程中促进土地集约利用提出了对策措施。

From the perspective of land intensive utilization, taking urban land, industrial land, agricultural residential land as evaluation objects of intensive land use, the status quo of land intensive utilization in Shaoxing is educed, based on which this paper explores three major cauls of present real - utility efficiency in urban land consolidation. Hence some relevant countermeasures are presented for the improvement of land consolidation in the process of urbanization.
