摘要 分析了BKK-15K一体化飞行防护装备(简称BKK-15K)通风结构、通风阻力及散热作用。通风结构均为囊式,通风管分布在7个抗荷囊的下面或侧面。通风阻力在通风流量100L/min和200L/min时分别为0.47和1.87kPa。在环境温度(Tdb)40℃、持续时间90min条件下,对照组有较明显的热应激、通风Ⅰ组和通风Ⅱ组分别维持Ts34.1℃和33.6℃左右,大腿皮肤温度可低于30℃,但Tr都升高0.4℃。该结果表明,这套装备可显著减轻飞行员热应激。 The ventilating structure,resistance and heat dissipation of BKK-15K integrated flying protective device (in short,called BKK-15K)were analyzed. All the ventilating structure was of bladder type. The ventilating ducts were distributed under or beside seven anti-G suit bladders. The ventilating resistances were 0. 47 and 1. 87 kPa repectively when the ventilating flow rates were 100 L/min and 200 L/min. When the environment temperature was 4oC and lasted for 90 min at the test period, there was significant heat stress for the control group. Skin temperatures of ventilating group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were 34. 1℃ and 33. 6℃ respectively,but the thigh skin temperature may be <30℃ while the rectal temperature raised 0. 4℃. These results indicated that BKK-15K could remarkably reduce the heat stress of pilots.
