摘要
报告了二甲苯对大鼠神经行为功能的影响。所选用的神经行为测试项目有：自发活动性测试、转棒试验、步下法及方位水迷宫测试。结果表明，二甲苯可使大鼠在单位时间内的行走次数减少，学习记忆能力下降，而对肌肉协调能力无明显影响。
Effects of xylene on neurobehavior of rats were studied using Sprague-Dawley rats. The rats were divided into 3 exposure groups and a control group.The results showed that the locomotive activity of rats in 500mg/kg group decreased compared to that in control group,and the learning and memory ability were also beclined in rats of exposed group.
