肺炎支原体感染的中西医治疗进展

Progress on Chinese and Western medicine treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection

肺炎支原体(Mp)是最常见的致病病原,不但能引起原发性非典型性肺炎,还可引起全身器官的病变。Mp感染被认为是免疫性疾病的一种,其治疗一直是各国学者致力研究的重点。本文对Mp感染大环内酯类等抗生素治疗、维生素A和糖皮质激素等免疫治疗、中药以及其他治疗方法、效果进行了综述。

Mycoplasma pneumoniae（Mp） is the most common disease-causing pathogens,not only can cause primary atypical pneumonia,but also can cause systemic organ lesions.Mp infection is considered an autoimmune disease,its treatment has been the focus of scholars from various countries actively involved in research.In this paper,the treatment of Mp infection including the antibiotics therapy such as macrolides,the immune therapy such as vitamin A and glucocorticoids,Chinese medicine and other treatment methods and the effects are reviewed.
