解脲脲原体在疾病中的致病作用仍有争议,现已假设仅有某个或某些血清型与疾病有关联。因此,研究解脲脲原体感染的流行病学和致病性需要一种快速、准确、稳定、可操作的标准化分群或分型方法。现就近几年来此方面的研究进展作一综述。

The pathogenicity of Ureaplasma urealyticum（Uu） in humans has been a focus of study.Numerous studies have revealed that this pathogenicity may be related to the specific biovars and/or serotypes of Uu.A study of the epidemiology and pathogenicity of Uu infection requires a standardized method of grouping or sub-typing Uu.This paper is a review of research over the last several years.
