摘要
在低硒饲料条件下,以50mg/L榆林大骨节病区黄腐酸(FA)饮水和KBD新发户井水10倍浓缩饮水分别致雏鸡KBD模型实验37天。前一组鸡每只每天摄入FA2.0mg,等于10.0mg·FA/kgBW·d,该剂量约为该病区儿童每公斤体重摄入量的1000倍。上述两类饮水对两实验组的全身一般状况,部分相关生化指标,肝、心、肾等乃至骨软骨都未能显示任何有害作用,即未能导致雏鸡类似KBD的任何病变。另以100mg·病区FA/L饮水(剂量10.0mg·FA/kgBW·d)致大鼠KBD模型实验28天。
Using feed containing low selenium, an experimental investigation on reproduce a chicken model of Kaschin Beck disease (KBD) was enforred for 37 days with two kinds of drinking water, one of them containing fulvic acid (FA) 50mg/L that FA was extracted from the disease area, and another of them from a well of a family developing KBD recently which was enriched up to 10 times than that of same well water. FA 2 0mg was taken by each chicken from drinking water with 50mg.FA/L every day (10 mg·FA/kg BW·d ). This dose is actually equivalent 1 000 times as large as that taken by a child in the endemic area according to mg/kg BW·d. Above two kinds of drinking water did not show any harmful effect on the whole body, parts of biochemical indications, liver, heart, kidney, bone and cartilage, i.e. they couldn’t reproduce any pathological change similar to KBD for chickens. Another experimental investigation on reproduce a rat model of KBD was enforred for 28 days with drinking water of 100mg.FA/L. The FA was taken from identical with the former. All results were coincident with those observed in chickens.
