摘要
对四川省石渠县首次从自毙青海田鼠(Microtusfuscus)体内分离的疑似鼠疫菌的鉴定结果表明,被试菌株具有鼠疫菌特有的形态染色特征及培养特性;在22℃培养能被鼠疫噬菌体完全裂解;主要生化特性为甘油(+)、鼠李糖(+)、密二糖(+)、麦芽糖(+)、脱氮(-);毒力因子为FI+、Pgm+、PstI+、VW-;对小白鼠的最小致死量(MLD)介于103~105之间;在具有鉴别意义的试验项目上能与假结核菌区别。根据我国鼠疫诊断标准。
The fifty-three strains of doubtful Yersinia pestis have been isolated from the dead Microtus fuscus in Shiqu County, Sichuan Province. Among them, the five strains were carried out identify studies. The result of identification shows tested strains with special dyeing shape and culturing characteristics of Y.pestis. At 22℃, the strains could be split by bacteriophage completely. The main biochemical characteristics are Glycerol (+), Rhamnose (+), Melibiose (+), Maltose (+), Denitrification (-). The virulence factors with F1 +, Pgm +, PstI +, VW -. Their MLD in mice between 10 3 ̄10 5 bacteria. Based on the identify methods, the strains can be distinguished from Yersinia pseudotubercuosis According to diagnostic criteria of plague in China, experimental strains and Y.pestis are identical.
