摘要 探讨改善CJ 5.8 tex成纱质量的工艺措施。为提高CJ 5.8 tex成纱质量,配棉中通过小样试纺确定较好的配棉方案,梳棉机工序选择合适的针布,精梳落棉率控制在15%~16%,控制落棉含短绒率≥70%,精梳条短绒率≤8%。粗纱采用TJFA458A型悬锭D型牵伸粗纱机。在工艺参数、工序质量管理等方面采取有效措施,最终使CJ 5.8 tex成纱质量达到了Uster 2007公报5%的水平。 Processing measures of improving CJ 5.8 tex yarn quality were discussed. To increase quality of CJ 5.8 tex yarn,through sample trial spinning better cotton assorting plan was made, proper card cloth was selected in carding process,waste percentage of comb was controlled in 15% to 16%, short fibre content of noil should be controlled more that 70% ,short fibre content of combed sliver should be less or equal 8%. TJFA458A roving machine was used. Effective measures in processing parameter, process quality management et al should be adopted, finally CJ 5.8 tex yarn quality could reach Uster 2007 5% level.
