摘要 探讨在G1611A-200型剑杆织机上生产正反斜纹条子布的工艺技术要点。通过分析织物规格和原料性能认为,浆纱工序应采用高浓低黏浆料、较轻的压浆力、适中的车速;为了减少综框页数采用省综穿法;在织造工序采用小张力、小开口、低后梁的工艺配置,并将车间相对湿度控制在72%~80%,使织机效率由50%提高到85%,织疵率由最初的50%下降到20%左右,下机一等品率由最初的20%提高到65%。 Processing technology key points of producing twill stripes bias woven fabric on G1611 a-200 rapier loom were discussed. Through analysing fabric specifications and raw material property, it is considered that higher concentration and lower viscosity size mixture, lighter sizing pressure and medium machine speed should be adopted in sizing process. Saving heald frame method should be adopted. Processing of less tension and shed,lower back beam should be adopted in weaving process,relative humidity should be controlled in 72% to 80% ,loom efficiency could be improved from 50% to 85% ,woven defects could be reduced from 50% to 20% ,first grade product before repairing could be improved from 20% to 65%.
