摘要
目的了解目前急诊科护士工作压力源,以帮助管理层及护士本人正确认识并减少工作压力,从而提高护士工作效率及护理质量。方法采用问卷调查,对长沙市5所三级甲等医院143名急诊科护士进行工作压力源问卷调查。结果急诊科护士排在前几位的压力源依次为:病人及家属的不礼貌行为(漫骂、不合理要求、打人等)、需要接触有传染性或潜在传染性的病人、经常倒班、危重病人多、病种杂、病情变化难以预料、担心工作中出现差错事故等方面。结论新形势下急诊科护士面临压力源的转变,建议管理者在优化医疗服务环境,构建和谐医患关系,加强职业防护等管理角度采取强有力措施,以减少或消除护士工作压力源,促进护士的身心健康,从而使护士能为急诊患者提供更优质的护理服务。
[Objectives] To explore stressors among emergency nurses', thus to help the administrators and nurses reduce job stressors more effectively, enhance the efficiency of nurses and nursing quality. [Methods] A questionnaire survey on stressors among emergency nurses was conducted. Questionnaires were distributed to all 143 emergency registered nurses working at five tertially-A hospitals in Changsha. [Results] The stressors ranked top six were as follows: patients and their families impolite behavior (abusive, unreasonable demands, assault, etc), frequent contact with infectious or potentially infectious patients, frequent shift rotations, to meet to many critically ill patient and com- plicated diseases, patients'conditions deteriorate quickly, worrying about errors among jobs and so on. [Conclusion] Under new situation, nurses in emergency facing the transform of stressors. It is recommended to optimize nursing care environmen4 build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, reinforce occupational precaution, take strong measures to reduce or eliminate some stressors, thus to maintain nurses health, and to provide quality care.
