涂层“三防性能”与实际服役环境适应性对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过4种涂层体系的实验室三防性能考核试验和江津/海南大气自然环境试验,对3种试验方式的涂层光泽、色差、红外光谱特性进行对比分析,评价不同防护工艺对基底金属的防护效果,为工艺优选提供依据。结果表明,同种样品经受不同试验条件的作用后,表现出明显的性能差异:实验室"三防性能"考核试验和棚下暴露试验结果具有较高的相关性,涂层表现为良好的耐候性;而户外暴露试验由于引入了太阳辐射的作用,导致试验结果与前两种试验方式极为不同,涂层表现为较差的耐候性。 Through the laboratory environmental test and natural environmental test in Jiangjin and Hainan with the tri-proof property of 4 coating systems, the contrast analysis of the coating gloss, color, infrared-spectrum specialities were made aimed at the 3 ways of testing, to evaluate different craft' s protection effect for base metals and provide a basis for the craft optimization. The properties of a same coating show great differences after the 3 various testing ways. The triproof property laboratory assessment test results show a highly relativity with the shelter exposure test which is anticipated as the real service environment, and a good weather-resistance. However, the coating property shows a bad weather-resistance after the out door exposure test, and the test results are extremely different from the other 2 ways of testing because of the existence of sun radiation.
