晚清科技传播有一个变迁过程,分两个阶段三个时期,前后两个阶段在科技传播指导思想、传播内容、传播主体、传播对象、传播方式、传播制度等方面都表现出一定的差异。

Dissemination of science and technology in Late Qing Dynasty experienced a process of change.We devide the process into two stages,which are discordant in the guiding ideology,the contents,the subject,the object,the means,the system of dissemination of science and technology,or three periods.
