摘要
目的探讨臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法门诊诊断为膝关节骨性关节炎的30例,男11例,女19例。采用医用臭氧关节内注射和韧带疼点处注射。结果治愈28例,好转2例。有效率100%。随访6个月、1年复发2例、4例,复发率分别为6.6%、13.3%。结论医用臭氧治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果明显,且复发率低,臭氧治疗是治疗老年退行性膝关节炎有效方法,值得临床推广应用。
