良性前列腺增生合并腹股沟疝患者一期手术临床疗效

目的探讨良性前列腺增生合并腹股沟疝患者行一期手术的临床疗效。方法对18例良性前列腺增生合并腹股沟疝患者采用经尿道前列腺电切术的同时行无张力疝修补术,并对临床效果进行分析。结果18患者均手术成功,住院时间7～12d,术后回访3个月～2a,切口愈合良好且无感染,无疝气复发及明显手术并发症。结论认为同期行经尿道前列腺电切术和无张力疝修补术具有安全有效,可行性高,手术创伤小,术后恢复好等优点,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of simultaneous surgical treatment of TURP and tension-free hemioplasty for patients with BPH and inguinal hernia.Methods 18 cases of BPH with inguinal hernia were treated by TURP and tension-free hemioplasty,and analysis of the clinical effects.Results 18 patients of TURP and tension-free hemioplasty could be performed simultaneously without increasing complications and hernia recurrence.The hospitalization time of all cases was between 7 and 12 days and followed up for 3 months to 2 year.Conclusion Consider that the simultaneous surgical treatment of TURP and tension-free hemioplasty is safety,effective and highly feasibly,surgical trauma,good postoperative recovery,so it is worth popularizing.
