试论民办学校校长的角色定位

On the Role Orientation of Private School Presidents

分析了当前我国民办学校校长的法律身份、价值观念、主体地位、道德风险等问题,提出了加强民办学校校长角色定位的建议,认为民办学校校长应该正确处理与师生的关系,加强服务意识与自身修养意识;正确处理与董事会的关系以及与其他行政人员的关系,树立正确的经营理念。

The legal status of private schools＇ presidents and their values, dominant positions and moral risks are analyzed. The advice to strengthen the role orientation of private school president is proposed and it is pointed out that the president should deal with the relationship between teachers and students properly and enhance the service consciousness as well as sense of self-cultivation; handle the relationship with board of directors and other administrative staff as well as establish a correct management philosophy.
