Study on the Innovation Path and the General Rules of Productive Operation Management Progress

在归纳管理科学进步一般规律的基础上,从管理对象(从少到多、从企业内部到企业外部、从简单到复杂)、管理方法(从以人治人到以物治人,再到以人为本)、管理手段(从利用人工到利用信息技术,再到利用互联网)、管理视角(从局部到整体,直到将大规模定制等生产运营模式上升到战略高度)四大方面论述了生产运营管理进步的规律,由此给出了企业生产运营管理创新的一般路径。

This article elaborates the progressive rule of production operation management from four big aspects on the basis of summarizing the general law in the advances of management Science ,including： Management Object （from few to many,from the enterprise interior to the enterprise outside, from simply to complex）,Management Method （from people ruled by people to people ruled by material, and then to humanist）, Management Tool（from utilizing manpower to information technology, and then to Internet） ,Management Viewpoint （from partial to whole ,and then,promoting some Production operation patterns, such as Mass Customization,to the height of strategy） , and then from this,we generate the general path in production-and operation management innovation.
