近些年,连锁超市在中国有了快速的发展,随着连锁超市的规模扩大,物流配送在连锁超市发展中的作用越来越突出,配送体系成为他们竞争的焦点。文中从现阶段我国连锁超市主要的配送模式入手,通过对其现状进行分析并找出其存在的问题,最后提出优化策略以便更好的发展连锁超市企业。
